Weekly training

Our weekly training sessions are still fairly set-
Tuesday – Sprints 4.45pm
Wednesday – Beginner Tech 4.45pm
Thursday – Advanced Tech 4.45pm
Saturday – Full Length Runs 8.30am
Saturday – advanced Tech 10am
Saturday – Beginner Tech 11am
Sunday – Distance or races as advised.
